Tim advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to the energy and infrastructure sector. His legal practice covers aspects of contract law for construction works and services as well as maritime and transport law. In particular, he advises on special transport for offshore wind turbines, construction contracts for wind farms, and liability issues in maritime casualties. Tim advises on both domestic and international matters.

- Drafting of terms and conditions for international customers of HPA shore power generators.
- Collaboration on a legislative amendment to include low-carbon hydrogen.
