Ole advises on all transactional aspects of the transport sector, including asset and structured finance as well as leasing transactions (e.g. JOLCOs and Chinese leasing). Further, he assists in corporate and M&A matters. In addition, he assists with the acquisition and sale of assets. Finally, Ole advises on contractual and regulatory issues in the energy sector, in particular with regard to offshore wind projects.

• Advising a major Norwegian technology company on a national level group restructuring.
• Advising a major German commercial insurance company on the enforcement of recourse action claims in and out of courts.
