Julia Luzyna advises on complex transport and insurance matters, including disputes relating to cargo damage and charterparties as well as property and liability insurance.
Julia advises on all transport- and insurance-related matters. As a bar-certified specialist for transport law, her expertise includes handling claims related to sea, road, air and rail transport, assisting with charterparty and bill of lading disputes, as well as drafting contracts for carriers and freight forwarders. Her practice also encompasses advice on transport- and marine-related insurance risks, including all aspects of yacht insurance. She represents her clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
In the insurance sector, Julia’s practice focuses on property and liability insurance. She advises German and international insurance companies on losses and disputes in these areas.
Julia is the winner of the Rising Star Associate of the Year award at The Legal 500 Germany Awards 2024.
