We advise high-net-worth individuals, their representatives and family offices on complex cross-border private wealth matters, with a particular focus on high-value assets such as yachts, business jets and fine art. In that respect we assist on all questions concerning the organisation and strategic management of those assets. We advise on owning and leasing structures and assist in setting them up in Europe or offshore. We also provide advice with respect to the transfer of ownership of those assets, whether they are being sold or transferred as part of succession arrangements. Where necessary, we enforce our client's rights at court, in particular when it comes to disputes in relation to their investments or in case of disagreements between shareholders or familiy members.
