NoordenJones advises CVC DIF on transport infrastructure financing
The financing was made available to DIF CIF 1 Transport Lot 1 B.V. and certain affiliated borrower entities for the purpose of refinancing a portfolio of containers.
CVC DIF focuses on investments in the infrastructure mid-market and has an established track record of creating long-term value across multiple market cycles. Headquartered in Amsterdam, ABN AMRO is the Netherlands’ third-largest bank and a leading infrastructure finance lender.
The NoordenJones team was led by Dr. Clemens Hillmer (Partner) and Rory Duncan (Partner, English law), and included Jan Mommsen (Counsel), Jann Ole Golzio (Associate) and Laura Swanson (Associate, English law).
Dr. Clemens Hillmer commented:
“We are delighted to have supported our longstanding client CVC DIF on this transport infrastructure financing. The seamless collaboration between our German and English law teams enabled an efficient execution of the transaction.”
